About Boca del Nosara

Boca del Nosara, known locally as La Boca, is the mouth of the Nosara River, where it joins the Río Montaña and flows into the Pacific at the northern end of Playa Pelada. Lined with mangroves, it is the heart of Nosara's wildlife, home to herons, spoonbills and fishermen working the tides.

Homes here are tucked into the jungle above the river and along quiet roads near the beach. It is a good fit for nature lovers, paddlers and anyone wanting a peaceful base close to Pelada.
