March and April get hot in Arenales. These homes have air conditioning (the listing says whether it is in every bedroom or only some), so the afternoons are for the beach and the nights are for sleeping.

What to expect
The features that make a home fit this collection. Every listing answers them, so you can compare like with like.
A/C
Air conditioning in at least one room
Pool
Mosquito Screens

Good to know
Is electricity included when there is A/C?
Not always. A/C is the biggest line on the electricity bill, so many owners cap it or bill it separately. The listing shows electricity under included services when it is covered.
A/C in every room?
Listings that have it in every bedroom say so; otherwise assume the main bedroom and the living room, and ask.
